THINGS TO REMEMBER

• In order to qualify for 5% VAT, you must add a child ticket to your booking in a family bundle.
• Previous child and teen ticket bookings will be partially refunded in line with these savings.
• Automatic refunds will be arranged by Ticketmaster or your secondary ticket agent.

WHAT ARE SUMMER SAVINGS?
The UK Government has introduced a temporary VAT reduction from 20% to 5% for eligible family attractions and days out during the summer period from June 25th to September 1st. To support this initiative, we’ve created newly priced Summer Savings Family Bundle tickets which will be available to purchase from now until the festival is sold out.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SUMMER SAVINGS INITIATIVE?
Summer Savings applies to festival entry tickets only. Please see below specific ticket types that are included in the Summer Savings initiative:

•  Weekend General Camping (Adult/Teen/Child)
• Weekend Family Camping (Adult/Teen/Child)
• Day Tickets (Adult/Child)

Summer Savings does not apply to any other add-ons or accommodations such as Campervan/Caravan Live-in Vehicle passes, Latitude Luxury Accommodations, Pink Moon Camping, T-Shirts, Lanyards, Programmes, Wagons and Camping accessories, Boutique Bathrooms, Spa Treatments, Latitude Lounge, Souvenir tickets or Big Green Coach Travel, or £0.00 Child tickets (ages 0-4).

I BOUGHT MY TICKETS BEFORE THE SUMMER SAVINGS TICKET TYPES WERE ANNOUNCED, HOW DOES THIS AFFECT ME?
If you purchased your tickets before the Summer Savings Family Bundle tickets were announced, you will be automatically refunded the VAT difference on your Teen and Child tickets. You will not receive any refund on Adult tickets.

Refunds will be issued by Ticketmaster (or your secondary ticket agent) to the bank card used to make the initial purchase. They are aiming for all refunds to be issued by mid-July (subject to change).

WILL SUMMER SAVINGS FAMILY BUNDLE TICKETS BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE DAY?
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to benefit from the best value pricing. All tickets are subject to availability

WHY ARE PASSES AND ADD-ONS EXCLUDED? hy are passes and add-ons excluded?
The Government initiative is only valid for festival entry tickets. Passes and add-ons such as accommodations or upgrades are not eligible to the VAT reduction initiative.

DO I NEED A PROMO CODE TO ACCESS SUMMER SAVINGS?
No. Summer Savings Family Bundle tickets can be purchased now – no codes needed, the tickets are priced with the saving automatically included. Reduced pricing is automatically applied to eligible tickets via the links listed under Summer Savings Family Bundle on the Latitude Festival website.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TICKET IS PART OF THE INITIATIVE? 
Eligible tickets will be named ‘Summer Savings Family Bundle’ tickets and will be priced with the saving automatically included in the price shown.

WILL SUMMER SAVINGS PRICES BE AVAILABLE FOR LATITUDE FESTIVAL 2027?
No. Summer Savings is a temporary initiative available for eligible family attractions and days out taking place between 3rd June to 1st September 2026 inclusive.

CHILDREN’S SAFETY

We’re very proud to be a family friendly festival. However there are a few things to note before your family arrive.

We don’t allow anyone under 16 to be at the festival over the weekend without an adult of 18 or over.

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied on site by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.

If you are happy for your child aged 10-12 years to walk to and from the arena without you, then you can get an Authorised Unaccompanied Wristband from any wristband exchange.

Any children under 13 years without one of these wristbands, or any children under 10 years found on their own, will be looked after by the welfare team and we will try and get in touch.

All under-16s need to be accompanied by an over-18 through the entry and exit gates to the festival site.​

TIP: Take a photo of your children on your mobile phone in the morning so that you have the most recent photo on you

FOR WEEKEND TICKETS

• 0- 4 years old – no ticket required.
• 5-12  years old – needs a Child Ticket.
• 13 -15 years old – needs an Accompanied Teen ticket.
• 16+ – needs an Adult Tickets.

FOR DAY TICKETS

• 0 – 4 years old – no ticket required.
• 5 – 12 years old – needs a Child ticket.
• 13+ – needs an Adult ticket.
• There are no Teen Day tickets

Under 10’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over AT ALL TIMES.

We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have children 16 years or younger in the group.

Age restrictions apply. Proof of age/ID may be required.

Latitude Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children. The acts that are noted as ‘kid friendly’ are purely recommendations and the final judgement and responsibility for what the child sees remains with the parent.

The Comedy Arena will contain swearing. Some Theatre and Cabaret performances may contain nudity. Other stages may feature material not suitable for children that we are unable to predict and classify due to the nature of live performance.

Access to Family Camping and Family Campervan requires at least one Child or Teenager to be present within the group.

Ticket holders without Children or Teenagers arriving at Family Camping/Family Caravan will be re-directed to General Camping/Caravan regardless of the ticket type held.

The Family Campsite is our dedicated area for families with children 16 or under at the festival to camp out. The site features dedicated toilets, showers, washing up facilities and food traders.

The Enchanted Garden area is in the family campsite with its busy programme of activities for families to enjoy together. The campsite also has its own arena entrance, meaning you can get into the festival in a hop, skip and a jump.

To stay in the Family Campsite, you will need to purchase the Family Camping version of your tickets. Please be sure to choose the correct option when purchasing.

No single or groups of adults will be permitted in the Family Campsite unless accompanied by children 16 or under. Due to limited space, the Family Campsite area is restricted to relatives and guardians of children.

Groups of friends and other family members who arrive without children should camp in the regular campsites. Those teenagers wanting to camp in the family campsite must camp with their family.

You can arrive from 5pm on Wednesday 22nd July.

FESTIVAL TROLLEY SERVICE

Don’t waste energy carrying all your camping gear from the car park to campsite when you can hire a festival trolley and ease the load!

The best bit? Profits from both services will be donated to Child.org and their work supporting pregnant women and their babies in Kenya.

HOW IT WORKS

Trolley Service

On arrival, find one of our Trolley Hubs in Family and General car parks. Look out for purple gazebos, big purple flags and our friendly volunteers in purple T-shirts!

We’ll ask you for a few details, request a standard £100 security deposit for a trolley (paid via card) and hand over your trolley & bungees for as long as you need them!

When you’re finished, return your trolley to the hub you collected it from and no later than 11am on Monday. Then the cost of hire will be calculated, and any remaining balance due, refunded.
