Loyalty Registration is open now up until and including Sunday 2nd August at 11:59PM. Any registrations received after this deadline will not be counted. Our Latitude loyalty reward is exclusive to Weekend ticket buyers only.
If you have been to Latitude once before, you will receive:
A £20 loyalty reward off your adult ticket

If you have been to Latitude twice before, you will receive:

If you have been to Latitude three times or more before, you will receive:

Requirements for Registration
- Registration is required to access Loyalty Reward for Latitude 2027.
- You must be 18 or over to register and use this reward.
- Ticketmaster must be able to verify you through your email address therefore it is essential you register using the same email address as your previous Latitude ticket purchases.
- You must have purchased a Latitude ticket directly from Ticketmaster online to be eligible for the Loyalty Reward.
- If you are successful, you will receive information on how to claim your Loyalty Reward for Latitude 2027.

We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.
Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have children 16 years or younger in the group.

Latitude Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children. The acts that are noted as ‘kid friendly’ are purely recommendations and the final judgement and responsibility for what the child sees remains with the parent.
The Comedy Arena will contain swearing. Some Theatre and Cabaret performances may contain nudity. Other stages may feature material not suitable for children that we are unable to predict and classify due to the nature of live performance.
Any lost property found during the festival is taken to the Lost Property, Information & Left Luggage Tent, open 24 hours throughout the festival. For any lost property queries please email latitudelostproperty@gmail.com.
CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE ARENA OR THE CAMPSITES.
You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities onsite may be searched.
*Please note: Latitude Festival/Festival Republic (FR) or personnel appointed by FR can refuse entry/possession of any items below at their discretion. In the event of adverse weather, some items will be subject to review.

Please note, your ID must be in date in order to be valid. The following forms of identification are accepted:
- A passport (not a photocopy)
- Full driving licence or provisional licence
- A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
- A Ministry of Defence identity card
- A National Identity card issued by an EU member state

FESTIVAL TROLLEY SERVICE
Don’t waste energy carrying all your camping gear from the car park to campsite when you can hire a festival trolley and ease the load!
The best bit? Profits from both services will be donated to Child.org and their work supporting pregnant women and their babies in Kenya.
HOW IT WORKS
Trolley Service
On arrival, find one of our Trolley Hubs in Family and General car parks. Look out for purple gazebos, big purple flags and our friendly volunteers in purple T-shirts!
We’ll ask you for a few details, request a standard £100 security deposit for a trolley (paid via card) and hand over your trolley & bungees for as long as you need them!
When you’re finished, return your trolley to the hub you collected it from and no later than 11am on Monday. Then the cost of hire will be calculated, and any remaining balance due, refunded.
