Latitude 2020 will take place from 16th-19th July 2020 in Henham Park, Southwold, Suffolk.
At this time, Latitude Festival is going ahead as planned.
Please be assured that the safety and health of all staff and visitors is our main priority and we are implementing recommendations and instructions appropriately.
We are closely monitoring official guidance from the World Health Organisation, Public Health England, UK Government, local public health authorities and are working with event promoters and organisers as information evolves.

Latitude 2019 Map
- Children 0 – 4 years old do not need a weekend ticket.
- Children 5 – 12 years old need a Child Ticket in order to attend. These are available to purchase at the same time as Adult Weekend Tickets.
- Teenagers aged between 13 – 15 years need an Accompanied Teen Ticket. These are available to purchase at the same time as Adult Weekend Tickets.
- Teenagers 16 and over must have a standard Weekend Ticket.
All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old and this adult must remain on site throughout the weekend. Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have children 16 years or younger in the group.
- Children under 5 years old do not need a day ticket.
- Children aged 5-12 years old need a Child Day Ticket. These are available to purchase at the same time as Adult Day Tickets.
- Children aged 13+ need an Adult Day Ticket
All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old and this adult must remain on site throughout the day.
Under 10s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.
Age restrictions apply. Proof of age/ID may be required.
Latitude Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children. The Music and Film Arena is an over 15 Tent. However, there may be some films shown suitable for children at certain periods of the day. This will be noted on signage outside the tent.
The Cabaret Theatre will contain nudity. The Comedy Arena will contain swearing. Other stages may feature material not suitable for children that we are unable to predict and classify due to the nature of live performance.
The following forms of identification are accepted:
- A Passport (Not a photocopy)
- Full Driving Licence or Provisional Licence
- A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
- A Ministry of Defence identity card
- A National identity card issued by an EU member state
We take the security and safety of our festival goers very seriously – it is a real priority.
Please help us by bringing as little as possible. We do not allow large bags (large backpacks, luggage bags etc) into the arena. We understand that some families with children will need to bring in supplies and this will be at the discretion of security, who will make reasonable allowances.
We will facilitate fast track lanes into the arena for those with small (bum bags or similar) or no bags. Please be patient while we carry out our security checks and searches, which take place at the campsite gates, the arena entrance and may also happen at any time at any location onsite.
Things you can and can’t bring
Certain items are not allowed within the arena or the campsites.
You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities onsite may be searched.

Gender Neutral Toilets
Gender neutral toilets are located in the toilet block next to the Comedy Arena.
There will be a trolley service available for those looking for an extra bit of help with their luggage. Details to book will follow shortly.

Located within shops, libraries, attractions and pubs, the Tourist Information Centres and Visitor Information Points across The Suffolk Coast stock a range of leaflets and guides containing useful information to help you during your visit.

All public and working enclosed spaces onsite are no smoking, including all stages other than outdoor stages (Obelisk Arena, Lake Stage and In the Woods). All tents and marquees onsite in the Village (Village shops, campsite bars, Welfare Tent, Information Tent etc) are also no smoking. This includes electronic cigarettes.
If you do smoke, please use the butt bins to dispose of your cigarette ends, particularly in woodland areas.
