Box Office Opening Times

Thursday 7.30 – 00.00

Friday 9.00 – 22:00

Saturday Sunday 09:00 – 21.00

Gates & wristband exchanges run 24 hours from 8am Thursday until Sunday. Outside of box office hours customers wishing to collect can do so from the wristband exchanges.

Arena Opening Times

Thursday 22nd July 17:00 – 03:00.

Friday 23rd – Sunday 25th July 10:00 – 03:00.

Please note: Opening times and running orders are subject to change without warning, all changes will be shown at the Information Tents, published in locations onsite and posted online.

Campsite Opening Times

The campsite opens at 8:00am on Thursday 22nd July 2021 and closes at 13.00 on Monday 26th July 2021. The campsite is staffed 24 hours a day and you can arrive at any time during this period.

Campervan and caravan fields (General and Family) will be open from 2pm on Wednesday 21st July. Please note this will be access to the campervan and caravan fields ONLY – the rest of the site including the Village will not be accessible until Thursday. There will be basic toilet and water facilities in the campervan fields.

Car Park Opening Times

The car park is open from 7:00am on Thursday 22nd July 2021 until 13.00 Monday 25th July 2021. The car park is staffed 24 hours a day during this period.

Cashless Payments For Food and Drink

Please note –  all bars and food traders at Latitude 2021  will be accepting cashless payments only. You can use debit/credit cards or apps on your phone, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Phone Charging

Charge Candy will be on site across 2 locations. Find them on the Campsite Village and Main Arena where they’ll be selling power packs and offering phone charging.

Charge Candy can also charge any of your other electronic devices such as speakers and cameras.

Campsite location will be open from 8am-11pm and main arena will be open from 10am- midnight each day.

Age Restrictions

Children 0 – 4 years do not need a ticket. Children 5 – 12 years need a Child Ticket in order to attend. Teenagers who are between 13 – 15 years need an Accompanied Teen Ticket. These are available to purchase at the same time as regular Weekend Tickets.

Under 10s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over AT ALL TIMES.

We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

Teenagers 16 and over must have a standard Weekend Ticket. All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old and this adult must remain on site throughout the weekend. Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have children 16 years or younger in the group.

Age restrictions apply. Proof of age/ID may be required.

Latitude Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children. The acts we that are noted in the website as ‘kids’ friendly’ are purely recommendations and the final judgement and responsibility for what the child sees remains with the parent.

Films shown in the Film & Music Arena may be classified as 15 or 18 certificate. However, there may be some films shown suitable for children at certain periods of the day. This will be noted on signage outside the tent.

The Cabaret Arena will contain nudity. The Comedy Arena will contain swearing. Other stages may feature material not suitable for children that we are unable to predict and classify due to the nature of live performance.

Lost Property

Any lost property found during the festival is taken to the Property Storage Tent, open 24 hours throughout the festival. For any lost property queries please email [email protected]

Things you can and can’t bring

Certain items are not allowed within the arena or the campsites.

You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities onsite may be searched.

*Please note: Latitude Festival/Festival Republic (FR) or personnel appointed by FR can refuse entry/possession of any items below at their discretion.
