Bigger and better for 2025 is Camp Greenpeace, offering nature-focused action and adventure! Greenpeace opens its Camp to let you into a world of action and adventure amongst the trees and within the Kids Area. We want to encourage kids to have fun, play and get back to nature through a variety of activities.

Greenpeace

Rooted in Nature – Bushcraft

Join a nature trail and be rooted in nature with our Bushcraft sessions. We’re excited to offer a mix of activities, so join in on some gratitude sessions by helping create a giant dream catcher or thread a weaving loom rug! Ignite your ancestral roots lighting a fire by friction! We are also cooking bread over the fire – come for a chat or just ‘be’ around the fire with people who love the outdoors and nature.

Big Tree Climbing Company

Our friends from the Great Big Tree Climbing Company will be on hand to rig you up, to climb a very special tree of ours. You will learn and see how to harness onto a tree and climb it like a spider monkey or a sloth…go at your own pace. Then make your way back to earth at speed by whizzing down our zipline, so hold onto your hat!

The Nets

There’s plenty of other things that will grab your attention as you try out the rope swings or scramble and roll around the nets nestled amongst the trees. The nets are very popular, and you can make some great friends there – so come and play around like a scurry of squirrels.

Climate Nans

Come and meet Climate Nan, she is touring her caravan along the length and breadth of Britain visiting areas that will be (or are already) experiencing the impacts of climate change. As Climate Nan makes her way across the country, she’s collecting communities’ hopes, fears and good ideas via bespoke postcards and recording conversations. Most importantly, Climate Nan offers a friendly space to discuss our beautiful planet over tea and biscuits.

Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior, in the Kids Area

Jump on board the Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior, so we can set sail together to help save the planet! Come and learn, build and play. A team of Greenpeace volunteers will help you build the Rainbow Warrior Ship, with our tool shed full of hammers, saws, nails, wood, and bunting. We encourage kids to learn how to use tools, so would like guardians present at all times, please.
