This page contains information for those on the Guest list and for Guest ticket holders attending Latitude Festival, Thursday 20st – Sunday 23th July 2023. If you have an Old Oak Guest ticket, please go here.

The Guest Check-in is located inside RED GATE 1, off of the A12. On arrival look for the cabin marked ‘GUEST CHECK-IN’. Please do not use any of the public entrances, you cannot reach the Guest Check-in or collect your wristband/pass from any other location or gate. All guests must go to the Guest Check-in in person to collect their wristband. Please remember to bring valid PHOTO ID – it is compulsory for your entry into the event. A copy or photo is acceptable.

For those with Guest E- tickets please head to the window marked ‘GUEST TICKET HOLDERS’ to exchange your ticket for an event wristband.

For those on the main Guest list go to the window marked ‘FESTIVAL REPUBLIC GUEST LIST’ to collect your wristband/pass.

If you’re the guest of an artist, go to the window marked ‘ARTIST GUEST LIST’.

Guest tickets must not be resold and Guest list places are strictly non-transferable. Any Guest tickets/Guest list places found to be transferred/sold will be invalid and entry into the event will be denied.

Please do not post images of Guest tickets or passes anywhere online or on social media.

GUEST CHECK-IN OPENING TIMES

Thursday: 8am – 9pm

Friday & Saturday: 9am – 9pm

Sunday: 9am – 7pm

Wristbands/passes cannot be collected outside of these times

GUEST TICKETS

Guest tickets are sent out in via email. Please bring your ticket and photo ID to the Guest Check-In to be exchanged for an event wristband.

GUEST LIST

The Guest list is for those who have not been sent Guest tickets in advance and who were sent a Guest list letter via email confirming their place. Guests need to bring their Guest List letter, any emails referring to their place on the Guest list and photo ID to the Guest Check-in to receive their pass/wristband.

Guest parking is included with your ticket. Cars enter via Red Gate 1 off the A12. Follow event signage or visit www.frguest.co.uk for info and directions.

Any guest wishing to bring a campervan, caravan or Winnebago must purchase a pass in advance; please email guestcampervans@festivalrepublic.com. Passes are limited and will NOT be available to purchase on site.

 

GUEST ACCESS AND FACILITIES

Day Guest ticket holders have access into the arena and the Guest Area, which features a private bar, food stalls, and toilet facilities. There is no camping available to Day Guests.

Weekend Guest ticket holders allow access into the arena, the Guest Area, the public campsites and the Guest Campsite.

While camping is provided for all Weekend Guest Tickets, there are also a range of pre-bookable and luxury accommodation options. Facilities include 24/7 security, separate showers and charger points.

Any guest wishing to bring a campervan, caravan or Winnebago must purchase a Guest Campervan Pass in advance. Please email guestcampervans@festivalrepublic.com for more information. Please note, these are in high demand and sell out quickly. Please view the Guest Campervan Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

CASHLESS POLICY

Please note that new this year, the whole site will be cashless. You can use debit/credit cards or apps on your phone, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cash won’t be accepted anywhere on site

CHARITY DONATION

Unless otherwise stated on your ticket there is a compulsory charity donation payable per Guest ticket (Day ticket: £30, Weekend Ticket: £75). Print-at-Home tickets will require this donation to be paid online prior to the event. Only card payments are accepted at the Guest Check-in. All proceeds go to local groups, projects and charities; details are available on the Festival Republic website. Print-at-home ticket holders who have prepaid their donation will not be asked to donate on arrival to the festival.

SUSTAINABILITY

In line with our European Sustainability Policy, Festival Republic/Live Nation will not be selling unsustainable single use plastic bottles at our events. We are sourcing sustainable options, and recommend you bring refillable bottles to use the free water stations provided.
