ON ARRIVAL

The Guest Check-in is located inside PURPLE GATE 1, off the A12. On arrival look for the cabin marked ‘GUEST CHECK-IN’. Please do not use any of the public entrances, you cannot reach the Guest Check-in or collect your wristband/pass from any other location or gate.

All guests must go to the Guest Check-in in person to collect their wristband. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID – it is compulsory for your entry into the event. A good quality copy or photo of ID is acceptable.

If you have been sent a Guest E-Ticket, go to the window marked ‘GUEST TICKET HOLDERS’

If you are on the Guest List, go to the window marked ‘PROMOTER GUEST LIST’

If you are the guest of an Artist, go to the window marked ‘ARTIST GUEST LIST’

If you are on an Agency List, go to the window marked ‘AGENTS GUEST LIST’

Guest Tickets and Guest List places are strictly non-transferable and must not be resold. Any Guest Tickets/Guest List places found to be sold/transferred will be invalid and entry into the event will be denied.

Please do not post images of Guest Tickets or passes anywhere online or on social media.

GUEST CHECK-IN OPENING TIMES:

Thursday: 10am – 9pm
Friday: 9am – 9pm
Saturday: 10am – 9pm
Sunday: 10am – 7pm
Please note, wristbands/passes cannot be collected outside of these times.

GUEST TICKETS

Guest Tickets are sent out in advance as E-Tickets via E-mail. Please bring your E-Ticket (either printed out or ready to show on your mobile) and photo ID to the Guest Check-in to be exchanged for an event wristband.

GUEST LIST

The Guest List is for those who have not been sent Guest Tickets in advance and who were sent a Guest List letter via E-mail confirming their place. Guests need to bring their Guest List letter, any E-mails referring to their place on the Guest List and photo ID to the Guest Check-in to receive their pass/wristband.

GUEST ACCESS AND FACILITIES

Day Guest Tickets include access to The Performers Bar, which features food stalls, and toilet facilities and the Arena. There is no camping available to Day Guests.

Weekend Guest Tickets include access to the Guest Campsite (or Public Camping), The Performers Bar with facilities and the Arena.

Any guest wishing to bring a campervan, caravan or similar must purchase a Guest Campervan Pass in advance. To purchase a permit and for more information, please e-mail guestcampervans@festivalrepublic.com. All occupants must have a Weekend Guest Ticket to access the Guest campervan field.

While camping is provided for all Weekend Guest Ticket holders, there are a range of pre-bookable and luxury accommodation options as well as the Pink Moon campsite. Facilities include 24/7 security, separate showers and charger points.

CHARITY DONATION

Unless otherwise stated on your ticket, there is a compulsory charity donation payable per Guest Ticket (Day Ticket: £30, Weekend Ticket: £75).
E-Tickets will require this donation to be paid online prior to the event. Those on the Guest List are to pay their donation at the Guest Check-in.
Cash payments are NOT accepted at the Guest Check-in.
All proceeds go to local groups, projects, and Charities; details are available on Festival Republic’s website.

CASHLESS POLICY

Please note this is a cashless event. You can use debit/credit cards or apps on your phone, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Latitude Festival welcomes all ages; however, children under 10 years old must AT ALL TIMES be accompanied by a Guest Ticket holder 18 years old and over.

No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site: All under 16s must be accompanied by a Guest Ticket holder aged 18 years old and over, who must remain on site throughout the weekend as their guardian.

Guest Ticket holders (18 years old and over) can bring a maximum of 2 under 16s on first entry only.

Everyone must arrive together on first entry: Parents/Guardians cannot come to the Guest Check-in to collect their own wristband/s without bringing children under 16. All wristbands must be collected simultaneously and together.

We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

PARKING AND TRAVEL

Your Guest Ticket includes guest parking. Cars enter via PURPLE GATE 1 off the A12. Follow the signage. Proof that you are a Guest Ticket holder may be required to enter the Guest car park prior to exchanging your E-Ticket QR Code for an event wristband. Any Guest/s with a campervan voucher must exchange it for a campervan pass at the Guest Check-in prior to entering the Guest Campervan site.

SUSTAINABILITY

In line with our European Sustainability Policy, Festival Republic/Live Nation will not be selling unsustainable single use plastic bottles at our events. We are sourcing sustainable options, and recommend you bring refillable bottles to use the free water stations provided.
