Tinyumbrellas

tinyumbrellas, also known as DT, has been developing their unique brand of folky daydream indie pop for a few years. Beginning as a lockdown pastime on a bedroom floor in Norfolk with a guitar, ukulele and GarageBand, tinyumbrellas has since developed into a fully-fledged artist project, with their 2024 EP ‘i know trees are falling’ gaining support from Radio 1, and playing Glastonbury on the BBC Introducing Stage. Inspired by the likes of Big Thief and Elliott Smith, tinyumbrellas’ music touches heartstrings with a profound ode to all forms of love – platonic, romantic, or simply an admiration for life’s poignant beauty.
