On Stage
A live version of the Shambles’ web series, made in conjunction with The Royal Institution. They’ve Made Us is a show where two guests join comedian and author Robin Ince and physicist and author Dr Helen Czerski and reveal to them two people who have made them the person they are today. They could be living or dead, fictional or real, famous or not. We want to know who inspired the people who inspire us. Previous inspirations have ranged from Hobbes (the cartoon tiger not the philosopher) to fossil hunter Mary Anning. The special guests for this special Latitude edition are the multi award winning actor and writer Reece Shearsmith (The League of Gentlemen, Inside No. 9) and the singer-songwriter Tanita Tikaram whose first new studio album in almost a decade, LIAR (Love isn’t a Right) will be released in October.
