A staggering fifty-nine years of age the indestructible cockroach of Alternative Comedy, Stewart Lee, remains “the world’s greatest living stand-up” according to The Times, “the world’s second greatest living stand-up, after Bo Burnham”, according to The Daily Telegraph, and an “alleged comedian”, according to Sarah Vine in The Daily Mail.

The multiple British Comedy Award, Chortle, BAFTA and Olivier Award winner, and weekly Observer columnist wit, offers ten minutes of material from his reliable 1989 Hackney Empire New Act of The Year set, followed by twenty minutes of whatever new stuff he currently has that’s worth saying in a hot tent as he works towards his forthcoming 2025 tour show, Stewart Lee vs The Man-Wulf.

Stewart is looking forward to Witch, Beak, Orbital, Lankum, Seann Walsh, Dr John Cooper Clarke, Robin Ince and Natalie Haynes, Pappy’s Flatshare Slamdown and Duran Duran, and remembers when this was all fields.
