A Soul Rock band from Norfolk and Berlin with blasting, rhythmically infused beats and soulful melodies. Steppers Division blend Western pop sensibilities with more traditional African influences, uplifting all who listen to them. Formed by reggae bass player Marc Sipeky (SK), Marc placed a seductive rhythm section at its core. Dubbing the band Steppers Division in honour of the foot stomping emphasis of ‘one drop’ in reggae, affectionately known in Jamaica as the ‘Steppers Beat’. Further powered by the rich, tenor voice of Zimbabwean born Joey Garande, 2022 saw the release of their first single ‘Shine On Me’.
