Porteous

PORTEOUS is a 26-year-old artist, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter, from Colchester. With Pop, Indie funk, and Rock influences ranging from artists such as Stevie Wonder, Radiohead, and Led Zeppelin, Porteous brings together funky keys, danceable indie songwriting, and soulful energy. Known for his work as a performing musician on the UK scene, Porteous has performed in a number of projects as a drummer, guitarist, and keys player, taking to stages at Latitude (2018), SXSW (2019), Radio 1’s Big Weekend (2022), and Kendall Calling (2023) with other artists. He has just released his EP ‘IDIO’, which features a mix of indie rock festival anthems, melancholic keys tracks, bouncy bass lines, and funky guitars. Porteous is a unique and exciting artist to watch out for.
