Back by popular demand, our very own Lavish Gong Goddess – Mimi Banks – will be opening the new Shrine Stage programme each morning with an invitation to rest and refresh your Body-Mind-Spirit Self in a window of peace and calm. All are invited to join her in welcoming in each new festival day with a multi-instrument Sound Journey. Bring a blanket to lie on, relax down in the stunning Lavish Lounge woodland glade, and be transported by layers of healing sound harmonics from her singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drum and vocals.
And if you’re feeling the call to receive more healing sound vibration as the day goes on? Then you’re in luck because Mimi will also be offering Gong Showers – (mini 15-minute sound healing experiences) on the Shrine Stage.
