Come and dance into the wee hours with Alps 2 – the Manchester-based electronic duo. They bring the euphoria and tension of a peak-time club moment direct to the Lavish Lounge just for you. Formed by long-time musical comrades Harry Springall and Jonjo Williams (bassist/percussionist of MARIBOU STATE), Alps 2 draw on years of crate-digging and late-night DJ sessions to create a sound that is a warm, fizzing current of energy and dusty emotion.
Beyond their work as artists, Alps 2 have been instrumental in curating Manchester’s thriving music scene, bringing acclaimed acts such as Children of Zeus, Peter Hook and Tom Ravenscroft – as well as GM Mayor Andy Burnham in their day jobs as bookers for iconic venues Diecast, Firehouse and Ramona.
Alps 2 have been playlisted on Spotify (Fresh Finds, Noises After Dark), as well as Apple Music (Loops, New in Electronic, Electronic Pop), Deezer and Amazon Music. Label heavyweights such as Ninja Tune, Anjunadeep and Defected Records have also shown their support.
