If you purchased Teen or Child tickets before the Summer Savings Family Bundle tickets were announced, you will be automatically refunded the VAT difference on your Teen and Child tickets.
If you purchased Adult tickets at full price outside of the Summer Savings Family Bundle or before it was announced, there is no eligibility for any refund.

1. This offer is open to buyers purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster on the “Summer Savings Family Bundle” links available from the Latitude Festival 2026 website.
2. Ticket prices are displayed as a single all-inclusive price (including all booking and fulfilment fees) with the lower VAT rate applied.
3. Adult tickets are only eligible for a reduced rate when purchased alongside at least one Teen or Child ticket on the “Klarna presents Latitude 2026 Summer Savings Family Bundle” ticket page.
4. Teen or Child tickets purchased at any time for Klarna presents Latitude 2026 are eligible for the reduced VAT rate and refunds will be returned automatically by Ticketmaster.
5. The difference in ticket price has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative.
6. All tickets are subject to availability and are sold subject to Ticketmaster’s Purchase Policy and the Latitude Festival entry terms and conditions, including any age restrictions, entry requirements, ticket limits, refund rules and event terms. We do not guarantee that any particular ticket type will remain available throughout the offer period.
7. We may suspend or withdraw this offer, or refuse a sale where reasonably necessary, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, tampering or misuse. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
