For Latitude 2026, we’ll be introducing a new boutique toilet and shower provider, When Nature Calls, who will be replacing The Refresh Retreat across the festival site.
We’re pleased to introduce When Nature Calls for boutique toilet and shower services, continuing our emphasis on premium comfort and cleanliness – all with thoughtful additions (like bathrooms cleaned after every use!) to make your time at Latitude’s twentieth edition that bit more special.
Any customers who have purchased Refresh Retreat will automatically be refunded so no action is required. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to show in your account
Introducing When Nature Calls:
Designed with festival life in mind, When Nature Calls brings creature comforts directly to Latitude, offering an elevated, devilishly practical and meticulously maintained space for those who want an extra level of comfort while camping.
Found between the Red Campsite and General Campervan fields, the facilities will include:
- Molton Brown hand wash throughout
- Styling and getting-ready stations with Dyson hair dryers and GHD straighteners
- Fresh water flushing toilets and hot showers
- Private cubicles that get cleaned after every use
- Individual sinks, mirrors and hand towels with every toilet
- Dedicated accessible toilet and wet room
- Friendly front-of-house and concierge staff on hand throughout the day
- A large, covered stretch-tent environment designed to keep things cool, dry and comfortable

If you were planning to upgrade your campsite experience, you’ll soon be able to do so through When Nature Calls, via the tickets page.
When bookings go live on 20th January, a limited 20% off early bird special will be available, before moving to the standard price once early bird allocations have sold out – so don’t miss out!
This change reflects our ongoing commitment to improving the festival experience year on year, focusing on the details that make a real difference to how people feel onsite.
