Terms & Conditions
- Please note you must hold a valid festival ticket in order to attend The Guest Chef restaurant. Book Festival Tickets.
- Child tickets are for children up to and including 12 years old.
- All bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is cancelled.
- In order to gain access to the restaurant, diners must have either a valid booking confirmation email, if you booked in advance (have this printed or screenshotted) and/or paper ticket, if you booked at the festival, and a copy of the lead booker’s photo I.D.
- On the day, restaurant bookings will only be held for 20 minutes, after that tickets are subject to resale and will be automatically cancelled without refund.
Dietary Requirements & Allergens
- Please advise of any allergies on arrival but we cannot guarantee we can accommodate all dietary requirements.
- All our food is prepared in kitchens where nuts, gluten and other allergens may be present.
