Saiful likes to model. As Professor of Materials Modelling at Oxford University, his research involves atomistic modelling of new materials for next-generation lithium batteries and solar cells.
He was the 2016 BBC Royal Institution Christmas Lecturer (for the 80th TV anniversary). Saiful also holds a world record for squeezing out the highest voltage from a lemon battery.
