Alan (Kurly) McGeachie is a spoken word poet, Hip Hop artist and CEO of Memorhyme – a Birmingham based organisation delivering high impact literacy and oracy support in schools. “I am passionate about the use of creative literacy to help increase children’s self-esteem and attainment.” Kurly has been engaging thousands of young people each year for over two decades, with associated works recognised by HM The Queen, performed at the Royal Albert Hall and used to brief the Cabinet Office.
