i.am.afiya is a singer, songwriter and producer from South London. She is a self-taught guitarist and pianist- who refuses to be put in a box- fusing genres across indie, trip-hop, rock and soul earning the label “indie-emo-soul” from The Line of Best Fit. The project began in 2020, where i.am.afiya wrote and produced her first EP ‘Song’s from Above’. Her music reflects her influences from Paramore, to Lianne La Havas, King Krule and Radiohead. Her full band’s sound has been likened to Morcheeba, taking you on a psychedelic, soulful journey.
