In this session, Dominique will do a group reading of a chapter, focused on practical action and empowerment for children. Then a question and answer, and opening the floor for attendees to share their pledges for the planet.
Dominique Palmer is an award winning Climate Justice Advocate, and an Author, with her recent book for 9-12 year olds, ‘Planet Protectors. She is on the Climate Live Steering Committee, and a founding member of the Youth Climate Justice Fund.
Her work focuses on intersectional and equitable climate action, making environmentalism inclusive, slow fashion, harnessing creative means to communicate the climate crisis, and finding joy through uniting.
