Organising this event requires extensive planning, and we hope to provide everything you need to make it as memorable as possible.

DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS 
We strongly recommend downloading the Ticketmaster app on your phone and preloading your ticket before arriving at the festival. This will ensure that you won’t have to worry about having a good signal on your phone at the festival. Please open your phones app store and search Ticketmaster UK.

We will need to scan the QR code on your digital ticket when you arrive to issue your wristbands.

PRE-APPROVED ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES 
Please check the email you should have received confirming the accessible facilities you have been pre-approved access to.

For search purposes, the email would have been sent from accessibility@latitudefestival.co.uk, and the subject line would be ‘Latitude Accessibility Approval Confirmation’.

If you have not received an email, please contact accessibility@latitudefestival.co.uk.

VEHICLE / CAR / CAMPERVAN / DROP OFF PASSES 
Where approved, you will receive an accessible vehicle/car or accessible drop-off pass in advance by email. Remember to print and bring your pass with you:

• Accessible Car Park Pass
• Campervan Pass
• Drop Off Pass

If you received an email pass, please print it, and display it on your dashboard.

Please ensure you pack one of the following forms of identification with you:

• Nimbus access card
• Current passport
• Current driving licence

You will be asked to present these prior to collecting your wristbands.

If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 21, you may also be asked to show proof of age when purchasing alcoholic drinks at the bars.

MOBILE PHONE
Please ensure your phone is fully charged or you have a mobile charging device.

If you’re bringing prescribed medication, please ensure the following:

• Your medication is in the correct packaging with the dispensary sticker intact and issued in the ticket holder’s name.

Please note: Loose medication or medication that’s not in the correct packaging will not be permitted into the festival unless you have contacted us in advance for prior approval (e.g. because you are unable to bring the original packaging, in which case we will request evidence in support pre-event).

MEDICATION STORAGE
All medication must be clearly labelled with the customer’s name and contact details and will only be issued to the named customer or their essential companion, where applicable.

To make storage arrangements, customers are advised to contact the Accessibility Team in advance.

Designated medication storage is located within:

• Campsite: refrigerated storage for medication is available in the accessibility campsite hub.
• Arena: refrigerated storage for medication is available at the Medical tent.

If you have been pre-approved to attend Latitude Festival with an essential companion, please ensure they arrive with you.

Your essential companion must be present with you at check-in to receive their wristband.

Your essential companion must be willing and able to perform all your requirements, as needed, and be able to assist during an evacuation or other emergency.

If Latitude Festival finds evidence that your essential companion is not attending for the purpose of supporting your needs, they may be asked to leave the festival. Before taking this action, we will inform you, share the evidence used to reach our decision, and discuss alternative means for your needs to be supported.

Latitude Festival is an outdoor event, and most of the terrain is grass. Solid pathways or hard ground are absent in some parts of the event site. Many of the stages and entertainment areas are in areas with inclines or slopes.

In the event of rain, it is important to know that the terrain will likely become muddy and wet, making it harder to navigate. We recommend using wheelchairs or mobility scooters suitable for this terrain and bring the appropriate emergency tyre repair kit.

Whilst we hope for sunshine, please pack all the gear for all kinds of weather.

We advise all customers with mobility difficulties to use the available buggy service routes.

Accessible Buggy Service
An accessible buggy service operates short distance drop offs. This will operate in a loop, stopping at the Accessible Carpark, Accessible Box office, Accessible Campsite, and entrance to the arena.

Buggies will arrive to the bus stop every 10-15 minutes.

Please note that the buggy cannot enter the arena for safety reasons.

Only you and your essential companion will be able to use this service, which is subject to availability. The accessible buggy service is free of charge and only for approved customers.

The accessible buggies will have a picture of the wheelchair pictogram on its front screen.

Please note that due to high demand for buggies at the end of each night, there may be longer wait times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Other Buggy Services at Latitude

Child.org works with Latitude Festival to run the Festival Taxi Service.

The purpose of the Festival Taxi Service is to raise funds for Child.org’s work supporting pregnant women and their babies in Kenya. To use this service, a charity donation is required. the suggested donation is £7 per journey per person, or £35 for the whole buggy.

This service operates alternative routes to the accessible buggy service. These routes operate through the Family & Standard Camping campsites.

A shuttle bus service will also be available from Halesworth, Southwold and Kessingland locations.

The next section provides travel options to Latitude Festival.

TRAINS AND SHUTTLE BUSES 

The most convenient station to reach the festival site is Halesworth, for ticketholders who wish to travel by train.

The station has a step-free ticket office, and customers can access the platforms via a lift. The station has 24-hour staff assistance, accessible toilets, and Blue Badge parking. Please visit the National Rail website for up-to-date station information.

Latitude shuttle bus tickets from Halesworth, Sothwold and Kessingland to the festival site are available to purchase through the BorderBus app.
The shuttle drop-off point is located at gate Yellow Gate and 200 metres from the accessibility box office.

Please note that there will be no shuttle bus service from Diss train station this year.

COACH 
The official coach partner for Latitude Festival is Big Green Coach. Please visit the Big Green Coach website for more information.

Coaches will drop passengers at Yellow gate.

TAXI 
Taxis are available from the Transport Hub, at Yellow Gate 1. The central festival taxi drop-off point is located at the Transport Hub. This is a 200m walk from the accessibility box office.

Private hire vehicles need to be pre-book by telephone to collect you. It is unlawful for a private hire vehicle to take you unless you have booked them in advance. Private hire vehicles also are identified from an external plate to the rear and an internal plate on the windscreen.  The driver will also have a badge on his/her person.

CAR 
If you are travelling by car and have previously requested a car parking pass or drop-off pass, please see the BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME section on page 05.

Accessible Car Park  
The Accessible Car Park is located at Purple Gate.  The What3Words location of the accessible car park is ///interest.strikers.change

The accessible car park is approximately 50 metres from the accessibility box office.

Please ensure that your accessible parking pass is clearly displayed on your windscreen.

Once you have parked your car, go to the accessibility box office to collect your wristbands.

DROP OFF 
If you are being dropped off in a car, you should have received an accessible drop-off pass. Please make sure that the driver has the pass clearly displayed on their windscreen.

The accessible drop-off zone is located at Yellow Gate. it is approximately 200 metres from the accessibility box office.

Once dropped off, visit to the accessibility box office to collect your wristbands.

If you have chosen to stay at one of the general campsites, we advise you to request an accessible drop-off pass so that you can collect your wristbands from the box office.

The accessible buggy service can take you to your campsite. The staff at accessibility box office can assist in arranging this for you.

CAMPERVANS 
If you are camping in the campervan field, you need to collect your wristbands first from the accessibility box office. Please do not go straight to the campsite.

Once you have your wristbands, please make sure you place your campervan pass in the window of your vehicle, so it is visible.

Please follow the signs for Purple Gate.

Upon arrival, please head directly to the accessible box office to collect your event wristbands. The What3Words location of the accessibility box office is //whistle.clarifies.passwords.

Please note that there will be queues at the box office and entrances to the campsites and festival arena. If you need help queuing or standing for long periods, please speak to a member of the team.

Seating and accessible toilets will be available in the box office area.

A hearing loop will be installed at the accessibility box office.

The accessibility box office is where you will have your mobile festival ticket scanned. Please have the Ticketmaster app open and showing your ticket and QR code.

Please also have your I.D ready. You will be given your festival wristband and accessibility wristbands that grant access to your pre-approved facilities.

If you have arrived at Latitude Festival and you have not previously applied for the use of accessible facilities, please contact to the accessibility manager on 07767 769 163.

If you have a pre-approved essential companion, they must attend the box office with you to collect their wristbands. Please ensure you collect your wristbands before proceeding to the campsites.

Kindly note: The box office staff are unable to change or upgrade any tickets and you will be asked to leave the area if you arrive without the correct entry ticket.

It’s always advisable to bring a copy of your proof of your disability as not all disabilities are visible.

Weekend Ticket Holders  
If you have purchased a Weekend Camping Ticket, you may arrive at the box office from 10:00 AM on Thursday.

Day Ticket Holders 
If you are a day ticket holder, you may arrive and check-in at 10:00 AM on the day you are attending.

Once you have collected your wristbands, please make your way to your designated car park or campsite where you will be directed to a camping pitch. A buggy service will be available throughout the day to help transport items you may be unable to carry.

General Campsites 
If you plan to stay at one of the general campsites, please go to the accessibility box office upon arrival before heading to the campsite. Our team will be able to give you the wristbands you need and direct you to your campsite.

General Campervan Field 
If you are staying in the general campervan field, head straight to the campervan area and follow the signs on your campervan pass. Inform the staff in the wristband exchange box office you are an accessibility customer collecting your accessibility wristbands.

Pink Moon or Boutique/Luxury/Camping Plus/Upgrade campsites
If you are staying in one of the upgraded campsites, please head straight to that campsite. The team will be able to provide you with your accessibility wristbands, if applicable.

GUEST TICKETS
For guest ticket holders, you may collect your wristband from the Guest Box Office.

If you experience any problems in collecting your wristbands, please contact Bogi, the accessibility lead on 07767 769 163. The accessibility phone will operate between 23rd July (14:00) and 29th July (18:00).

All festival attendees will be subject to a search of their vehicles, bags, mobility aids and person.

You may request a female or male member of security to complete the search. Dogs may also be present.

Please be patient, as searches may cause waiting time and queuing.

To avoid any delays or issues, please review the prohibited items list that you cannot bring to the festival by visiting the Latitude website.

We allow re-entry into the festival if you need to leave to replenish essential items over the weekend. Please use the same route to exit the festival as you entered.

Please be aware that there will be times during the event where we must enforce strict road closures and curfews. This is to protect the safety of all our customers. Please be mindful of this and avoid leaving the festival during these times.

A Co-op supermarket will be available on-site approximately 100m away from the accessible camping for your convenience.

If you do need to leave the venue for an urgent reason relating to your disability, please inform the accessibility team who will be able to assist you where possible.

Accessible Swimming Sessions
Start the day in the refreshing water! Accessible Swimming Sessions will be held between 10:00 – 10:30, Friday – Sunday.

Distances

Campsite Hub / Information Point
A tent is in the campsite staffed with a team to help answer any questions you may have during the event. Its open 24-hours.

There is also an Information Tent in the Arena.

Medication Fridge
A medication fridge is situated in the campsite hub where you can store medication that requires refrigeration.

Charging Point
A tent will be located inside the accessible campsite that’s kitted out with charging points for electric wheelchairs or medical devices such as a nebuliser. Please do not to leave any equipment or valuables inside this tent unattended.

Accessible Toilets and Showers
Standard unisex toilets and wheelchair accessible toilets and standard and wheelchair accessible showers are located inside the campsite that are staffed by stewards and a sanitation team to ensure they are kept clean and restocked. Please try to keep your showers to under 4 minutes if you are able.

Changing Places Unit (HDU) 
A changing places unit available in the accessible campsite and includes a changing bed, toilet, sink and a hoist. Please bring your own sling if required.

Hand Washing and Water Point 
Sinks will be in the sanitation area for you to wash your hands, face, and teeth and a drinking water point for you to fill up water bottles.

Lined Camping 
Following a successful launch in 2023, the accessibility campsite is marked out in lines providing 4×4 metres of space per tent. Tents must be pitched in parallel rows within a pre-allocated pitch size, kept in line by marked lanes that keep the fire lane and path to your tent clear to ensure you can move freely around the campsite. The campsite staff (CATS) will guide you to the next available space on arrival.

Fire Lanes
You are forbidden to camp in the fire lanes, campsite row lanes, hard standing or areas without grass. Any tents found in these areas will be moved.

Gazebos 
Due to space limitations, traditional, dome or any type of gazebos are forbidden.

Please be mindful of the size of the tent you are bringing.

This section provides information regarding the accessible facilities in the festival arena and how to access them.

Distances 
The distance into the arena from the exit of the accessible campsite is 150m.

The buggy service will pick up at the campsite exit and drop off at the arena entrance. The buggy will be able to carry non-electric wheelchairs and other mobility aids if required.

Accessibility Arena Hub / Information Point 
A cabin is in the arena staffed with a team to help answer any questions you may have during the event. Its open during the arena opening hours.

Refrigerated Medical Storage
If you have any medication requiring refrigeration, please bring it to the medical tent to be stored.

If you are camping at the accessible campsite, a fridge is available at the campsite hub to store your medication.

Accessible Toilets and Changing Places Unit 
Accessible toilets are located at the accessible viewing areas. Please remember to show your wristbands when a staff member asks for them. A changing places unit will be available at the main stage viewing area.

Bar Service Areas 
Accessible bar lanes with lowered service areas are available at the main festival bars. Please look out for the wheelchair symbol. You and your essential companion can access the lowered bar areas by using the exit lanes of the bar queues, which bypasses the general queuing system. The lanes are staffed by security and stewards; please remember to show them your wristband.

Your raised viewing platform and ground-level viewing wristbands will give you access to these lanes. Please look out for the wheelchair symbols at the bars.

Merchandise  
An accessible lane and serving area are available at the merchandise stalls; please look out for the wheelchair signs and lanes provided.

Food 
We will issue a medical pass to those who need to bring their own food and drink into the arena.

The Accessibility Team will email you the pass and provide details of the specific items permitted for medical purposes. Please remember to follow the rules on the pass, as you won’t be allowed to take any other items.

Please ask the food stall staff to assist you if you require it, and as for the bars, please show your wristband.

Specific food stalls with accessible serving areas will be available in the Arena.

Cashless Payments
Latitude Festival is a fully cashless event. You can pay by debit or with credit card and digitally using your mobile phone if you have Apple Pay or Google Pay setup.

Accessible Viewing Areas
The viewing areas deliver an inclusive experience for accessibility customers. We expect all viewing area users to show kindness and consideration to others within the areas.

Raised Viewing Platform  

• The raised viewing platforms are designated for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility.
• Only the approved customer and their essential companion can access the raised viewing platform.
• A wristband system will control access to the raised viewing platform.
• In cases where a customer does not have an assigned Essential Companion, they can nominate one person to join them on the platform for the duration of the event.
• All raised viewing platforms are equipped with ramped access, wheelchair-accessible toilets, and charging points.
• Viewing platforms are not covered, so customers should dress appropriately for all weather conditions.

Viewing Platform Terms and Conditions

• Limited seating is available at each platform. We cannot guarantee customers will get a seat on the platform.
• Platforms operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the platform is at capacity a one in, one out policy will be implemented.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes & vapes, is not permitted.
• Staff and security reserve the right to ask customers to leave the platform if you do not behave appropriately.

Ground-Level Viewing Area

• A designated ground-level viewing area is available for individuals who require a less crowded area and the option of sitting for short periods.
• A wristband system will control access to the ground-level viewing areas.
• Limited seating is available in the ground-level viewing area, and it is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All ground-level viewing areas have access to accessible toilets.
  If required, customers may be accompanied by an essential companion in the ground-level viewing area.

Assistance Dogs 
Assistance dogs will be approved in accordance with the requirement indicated on your Nimbus Access Card or Latitude Digital Access Pass.

A spending area will be available for assistance dogs.

BSL Interpreting Performances
A British Sign Language performance interpreting service will be provided on request by fully qualified interpreters from Performance Interpreting.

Please make sure you request this service on the Accessible Facilities Application Form or in person from the Performance Interpreting team.

Medics, medical care, and supplies are available approximately 80m from the camping entrance. If you require urgent medical attention, please alert a member of the team who can assist you.

A welfare tent is also available where experienced and caring staff are on hand to provide confidential advice about drugs, alcohol, substances, sexual health and general assistance, counselling, and advice for anything that is troubling you. This is located next to the Medical tent, 80m away from the Accessible camping entrance.

Sensory Calm Tent 
A sensory calm space will be available within the main arena. The aim of this space is to provide a safe, low-level stimulation and recalibration zone for any customers with accessibility requirements who need to use it. The sensory calm tent will be located in the Main Arena.

Leaving The Arena
When the main headliner concludes each evening, we recommend that customers on the viewing platform and in the ground-level viewing wait until the initial crowd has left the arena.

Leaving the Festival
Please be aware that there may be long queues when leaving the festival by car or public transport, as vehicle curfews may be necessary to allow pedestrians to leave the site safely.

The following information details the team that will be onsite, how to provide feedback and how to seek help.

Live Nation have partnered with Nimbus Disability, the expert team that pioneered the multi-award-winning Access Card.

Accessibility Team members can be identified by their purple tabards.

Bogi is the Accessibility Manager and will be responsible for the team and looking after you whilst onsite.

Issy is the Accessibility Box Office Manager and will ensure your wristbands and pre-approved facilities are provided to you.

Britney is the Accessibility Arena Manager and will ensure that all the accessible facilities in the Main Arena run smoothly. We encourage you to report any arena issues to Britney so that the team can assist you.

A team of security and stewards will be in the accessible viewing areas in the arena. They will be identifiable by their coloured, numbered tabards. They are there to keep you safe and will do their best to help you.

Katie and Isaac are the campsite managers on duty, providing 24-hour cover. They will roam the campsites and are there to help, so please feel free to ask them any questions or report issues.

A team of campsite helpers known as CATS roam the campsite, helping unload luggage and assisting the campsite managers. During busier arrival times, the helpers may be helping other customers, so please be patient. Please note they are not there to erect tents!

A team of security and stewards will be based at the accessibility campsite 24 hours a day. They will be identifiable by their coloured, numbered tabards. They are there to keep you safe and will do their best to help you.

The whole team will work hard to ensure you have a positive experience at Latitude Festival and welcome your feedback about any aspect of the festival.

The best places to seek help are at the campsite or arena hubs, as the team will be stationary and in radio contact with members of the senior management team and event safety should they need support or further escalate the situation.

CARBON EMISSIONS: ACT NOW FOR A GREENER FUTURE
Climate change is real, and its effects are all around us. But instead of worrying, let’s act! Latitude has signed up to Vision Festival 2025, committing to cut our carbon emissions by 50% by 2030. Every year, we measure our carbon footprint and set targets to reduce it. Together, we can make a difference!

WATER REFILLS: TAP INTO FREE WATER
Stay hydrated effortlessly! Accessible water refill stations are located throughout the festival grounds. Bring a reusable bottle and refill it at any of our taps.

SINGLE USE PLASTIC: BREAK THE HABIT
We’re on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic:

Compostable Serveware: We’ve banned single-use plastic cutlery and serveware for over a decade. Everything from our traders is compostable!

Reusable Bottles: Buy a Latitude-branded refillable bottle at the merch stalls and use the free taps to refill.

Pepsi Max Outlets: Skip the plastic bottles or cans and grab a drink from our Pepsi Max soft drink outlets.

Canned Drinks: All water and soft drinks are served in cans or paper cups.

Backstage Water Stations: Crew and performers, refill your bottles at our water stations.

Here’s how you can help towards removing single-use plastic at the festival:

• Please remember to bring your own refillable bottle, everywhere you go! 

There are plenty of refill at the arena water stations and campsite. Don’t worry if you forgot to bring one, they are also available for sale in the merch stalls.

• Please remember your reusable coffee cups!  

Coffee stalls are not allowed to provide plastic coffee lids; while some will provide compostable lids, others have opted for no lids. Most drinks will be decanted into paper cups or served in a can so we can manage the plastic and can disposal responsibly. If you require a lid then we recommend you bring your own cup with lid.

Single use plastics have been banned from being sold or served in the arena since 2009. Plastic straws will not be available at the festival. Reusable silicon and metal alternative are a great alternative.

CUP, BOTTLE, & CAN REFUND POINTS
Earn cash or card refunds for returning cups, bottles, and cans. Here’s how:
Locations: Located at Portholes, Obelisk, and Welcome Bar.
Refund Rates: Return 5 items for a 50p refund (minimum return).
Opening Times: Refund before 22:00 on Sunday. Ensure all items are empty and undamaged.

TWO BIN SYSTEM
We’re using a two-bin system across the festival:
Food & Compostable Packaging: Everything from your food vendor (plates, cutlery, napkins) is compostable and goes here.
Everything Else: This bin takes plastic bottles, clean containers, cans, tins, soft plastics, crisp packets, wet wipes, chewing gum, greasy pizza boxes, and extinguished cigarette butts. This waste will be sorted offsite.

EVERY CAN COUNTS 
We’ve teamed up with Every Can Counts again who will gladly give your finished drink cans a new home. Cans are infinitely recyclable, so please make sure that you recycle yours!  Keep an eye out for the new Latitude can cage near the Arena Entrance too.
