TRAINS AND SHUTTLE BUSES
The most convenient station to reach the festival site is Halesworth, for ticketholders who wish to travel by train.
The station has a step-free ticket office, and customers can access the platforms via a lift. The station has 24-hour staff assistance, accessible toilets, and Blue Badge parking. Please visit the National Rail website for up-to-date station information.
Latitude shuttle bus tickets from Halesworth, Sothwold and Kessingland to the festival site are available to purchase through the BorderBus app.
The shuttle drop-off point is located at gate Yellow Gate and 200 metres from the accessibility box office.
Please note that there will be no shuttle bus service from Diss train station this year.

COACH

Coaches will drop passengers at Yellow gate.
TAXI
Taxis are available from the Transport Hub, at Yellow Gate 1. The central festival taxi drop-off point is located at the Transport Hub. This is a 200m walk from the accessibility box office.
Private hire vehicles need to be pre-book by telephone to collect you. It is unlawful for a private hire vehicle to take you unless you have booked them in advance. Private hire vehicles also are identified from an external plate to the rear and an internal plate on the windscreen. The driver will also have a badge on his/her person.
CAR
If you are travelling by car and have previously requested a car parking pass or drop-off pass, please see the BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME section on page 05.

Accessible Car Park

The accessible car park is approximately 50 metres from the accessibility box office.
Please ensure that your accessible parking pass is clearly displayed on your windscreen.
Once you have parked your car, go to the accessibility box office to collect your wristbands.
DROP OFF
If you are being dropped off in a car, you should have received an accessible drop-off pass. Please make sure that the driver has the pass clearly displayed on their windscreen.
The accessible drop-off zone is located at Yellow Gate. it is approximately 200 metres from the accessibility box office.

Once dropped off, visit to the accessibility box office to collect your wristbands.
If you have chosen to stay at one of the general campsites, we advise you to request an accessible drop-off pass so that you can collect your wristbands from the box office.
The accessible buggy service can take you to your campsite. The staff at accessibility box office can assist in arranging this for you.
CAMPERVANS
If you are camping in the campervan field, you need to collect your wristbands first from the accessibility box office. Please do not go straight to the campsite.
Once you have your wristbands, please make sure you place your campervan pass in the window of your vehicle, so it is visible.
