The Hothouse menu is sourced from the kitchens of six independent food producers, who have been invited to Latitude because of their diversity, the fresh ingredients, and their ability to create wonderful dishes in the middle of a field. The food producers include: Boxfood Carribean, Persian Chicken, Guerllia Kitchen, Seacow, Yellow Turban Thali, and The Taco Kitchen.
Whether Jamaican saltfish, Persian kebob, Kerelan Thali, Mexican carnitas, the revolutionary meat-free miracle dishes of a ‘guerrilla kitchen or simply the catch of the day, you will steal back an hour or two of time to break bread and chatter with friends.
