Our schools programme gives teachers the opportunity to bring students to a special day at Latitude to access award-winning theatre, dance, music, literature and visual arts and film.


Schools Day provides discounted tickets for children and young people to access award-winning theatre, dance, music, literature and visual arts. Schools Day always takes place on the Friday of Latitude Festival. This year the date is Friday 19th July.

primary school programme

The day is aimed at KS2 pupils aged 7 to 11 years old who attend schools within a 20 mile radius of the festival. Each ticket will be £10 with ONE FREE teacher for every 8 pupils. Tickets are limited, and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend you submit a booking form to register your interest. making the most of your visit

We will provide an extensive selection of resources from programme highlights to specially created opportunities including workshops, master classes and performances. All are designed to help pupils explore our giant exhibition, stage and gallery space in a confident, inquisitive and imaginative way. These will be updated closer to the festival.

learning outside the classroom (lotc)

We are the first UK festival to be awarded the LOtC Quality Badge for our school programmes. This award is nationally recognised and assures schools that we offer genuinely beneficial services to schools, to support their delivery of the curriculum.
