Yasmin’s book, ‘Ripe Figs’, has been shortlisted for the Andre Simon Prize, the Art of Eating Prize, and the James Beard Award, whilst her book ‘Zaitoon’ was chosen as Cookbook of the Year by The New Yorker,The Guardian, and many others.

Yasmin is a human rights campaigner and travel writer and describes her multi-award-winning books as “culinary anthropology.”
