Uyen’s debut cookbook, ‘Vietnamese: Simple Vietnamese Food to Cook at Home’ was selected by The Observer as the 5th best cookery title of 2021, some achievement for a book written in Uyen’s bedroom during lockdown.

Uyen hosts cooking classes in here East London studio, is also a photographer, and Jamie Oliver praised Uyen’s supper club cooking “a fantastic Vietnamese meal at a cute hidden away supper club in east London…”

You can check Uyen out on the Theatre of Food stage at 15:30 on Friday.
