Georgina Hayden

Georgina is the Fortnum & Mason Cookery Writer of the Year, a judge on Jamie Oliver’s The Great Cookbook Challenge, and author of her brand new third cookbook ‘Nistisima’, a collation of vegan recipes from the Mediterranean and beyond.

She writes for publications such as The Telegraph, Delicious Magazine and Observer Food Monthly, and in 2021 she won the Fortnum & Mason Best Cookery Writer Award
for her work in Waitrose Food magazine. She regularly appears on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen. Georgina wowed the Latitude audience in 2019, and we’re thrilled to have her back.
