Mallika Basu, a food writer, presenter and the author of two cookbooks – Miss Masala: Real Indian Cooking for Busy Living and Masala: Indian Cooking for Modern Living. She is one of (BBC) Good Food’s podcast hosts and writes recipes for Waitrose and others. She is a regular columnist for the global South Asian ezine The Juggernaut and has her own award-nominated newsletter ‘More than Curry’ covering food, people, the planet and the way we live today. A seasoned panel chair, this is her fourth year chairing a lively session on world flavours at Latitude Festival.
